Professional experience

       The former director of the Patent Administration Office of the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television, has been engaged in production and scientific research for many years in the state scientific research department. In 1985, he worked as a senior engineer in the Ministry of Information Industry. He has participated in patent vocational training appointed by the central government for many times and served as senior patent agent and senior intellectual property consultant of the Ministry of Information Industry. 
       Since the beginning of the establishment of China's patent system, he has received many patent legal training at home and abroad. He is the first group of professionals engaged in intellectual property work in our country, and is a senior intellectual property expert and senior patent agent in China. 
       In more than 20 years of intellectual property law work, accumulated a wealth of practical work experience. The main business areas involve mechanical manufacturing, electronics, communications equipment and process of patent agency and other fields.
